What To Expect

Sanctuary portion of Grace Church in Muskegon

Sunday Mornings

Sunday morning worship begins at 10:30.  Feel free to dress comfortably, you’ll see everything from ties and dresses to jeans and cargo shorts.

Our musical team will lead a time of congregational singing followed by a sermon that explores the Bible and what God shows us about Himself, ourselves and our world through its study.

There is a nursery for newborns to toddlers.  Parents are welcome to bring their children there, or if you wish, leave them with our volunteers while you worship.

When worship transitions from singing to sermon we dismiss kids that are Pre-K through 3rd grade for a class of their own.  This is a time of learning and fun through Bible lessons, activities and the joy of being with friends.

We invite all others to stay together for worship.  We believe kids learn about God best from their families.  So, we work to include all ages in worship and prayer and engaging the sermon together.  Wiggles are welcome and coloring books are available for any who wish.  We think it is a good thing to be with family, young and old as we worship God together.

Groups and Gatherings

Through the years people and opportunity intersect and there are groups that grow out of the congregation at Grace. Somewhere between intentional ministries and occasions to pursue life and interest together, these groups gather and grow, play and minister together.
